Caterina Valente
I am an Italian-born Social Anthropologist living in Sintra, Portugal ~ a Spiritual Mentor and Soul Alchemist, devoted to the Healing Arts and to serving Love with all of my being. A certified Integrated Energy Healer, and an official initiate of Kriya Jyoti Kundalini Pranayam.
My programs guide people through a transformative journey towards wholeness, balance and internal peace, working with Elemental Alchemy, Mentoring and Ancient Wisdom Teachings, Sound Healing, Meditation, Nature Immersions and Pilgrimages to Sacred Sites. I also guide Shamanic Journeys with the sacred medicine of the Rose and Lotus flowers.
Embodied wisdom and my experience is rooted in my own healing path which began 18 years ago, following a challenging and transformational life shift. This led me to re-train as a Social Anthropologist whilst diving into deep exploration of conventional and holistic healing modalities, and to travel and learn from Masters of a variety of traditions in the UK, Nepal, Tibet, India, Cambodia and Bali, integrating both Western and Eastern perspectives.

What is Soul Alchemy?
Caterina guides you through a profound exploration of self, assisting you in aligning with your soul's true path while highlighting sacred balance, wholeness and internal peace. This journey entails integrating both your lower and higher nature, enabling you to connect with and realise your highest purpose and potential.
Soul alchemy is a spiritual or metaphysical concept rooted in depth psychology (Jungian), mystical traditions, and Hermetic philosophy that refers to the transformation, purification, and evolution of the human soul. It draws symbolic inspiration from traditional alchemy, which aimed to transmute base metals into gold, and applies that metaphor to personal or spiritual growth.
Through this internal exploration you are guided to:
Inner Transformation: Emotional balance, turning the lower aspects of the self into the "gold" of wisdom, love and acceptance.
Self awareness: Releasing the past through integrating the hidden or repressed parts of your being, enabling you to create from the present moment.
